Dear Affinity Medical Spa and Salon Clients,
We are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached between Affinity Medical Spa and an existing medical spa in another state and will be opening a 2nd location in Monroe, MI soon!
They have agreed to honor all existing medical packages. Medical services include laser treatments, Botox, facial fillers, HCG weight loss program, micropeels, medical massage etc.
Smart Lipo clients will be contacted to arrange follow-up care.
Clients will be contacted with the new medical spa location and phone number once all is finalized. Please be patient and bear with us during this transition time. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get up & running as soon as possible!
